• Experience:
  
  3 years (at least 2 years recent emergency room experience)
• Active Illinois RN license
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Licenses: RN-IL (copy needed)
• Certifications:
  
  BLS-AHA (copy needed), ACLS-AHA (copy needed), PALS-AHA (copy needed)
• SSN Required
• DOB Required
• References: 1 reference in entire work history

• BSN
• Experience with EMR systems such as Epic is recommended
