Registered Nurse (RN) PRN, Overnight (Transportation)

Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including assessments, medication administration, and treatments.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Monitor residents' health conditions and report changes to the appropriate medical professionals.
- Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- Educate residents and their families about overall wellbeing, health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and community policies.
- Work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Exhibit compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to improve the lives of older adults.
The pay range for this position is $37.45 - $40.05 per hour for RN, based on experience. Bonuses equaling up to 2% of salary annually are available based on performance, generally in the spring and fall each year.
Differentials in the amount of $1.50 per hour are paid for any shift worked between 7:00pm and 7:00am (CNA, RA, LPN, RN).

Per the Illinois Department of Public Health, all team members must receive the annual influenza vaccine (exemption requests will be reviewed). We also encourage team members to get the latest COVID-19 vaccine.
- Must have an active Illinois nursing license.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Must abide by Clark Lindsey's HIPAA privacy and security rules as described in the Employee handbook.
- Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, and the general public.
- Stand-by shifts are required. This will be discussed during the interview process.
- After training, nurses may float between departments to optimize resident care needs.
