What Youll Be Doing:

• Keeping resident rooms, apartments, and shared spaces clean and tidy.
• Doing daily walk-throughs to spot anything that needs attention.
• Taking care of special cleaning projects and making sure your supplies are stocked.
• Using the right tools for the job and keeping everything in good shape.
• Pitching in during emergency drills and knowing what to do if something unexpected happens.
• Being a friendly, trustworthy, respectful presence for residents, visitors, and coworkers.

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Someone who can read, write, and speak English.
• A team player who can work independently.
• Comfortable being on your feet, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Someone whos respectful, reliable, and ready to learn.
• Able to pass a pre-employment physical, TB test, and background check.

The pay range for this position is $16.60 - $18.25 per hour, and is based on experience. Bonuses equaling up to 2% of salary annually are available based on performance, generally in the spring and fall each year.
