Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position located in the Greater Chicago Area for a Finance Systems Manager. The Finance Systems Manager will oversee system administration of finance applications, provide technical support, and troubleshoot system issues. Additionally, the role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to analyze system performance, identify improvements, and implement enhancements to optimize functionality. The individual will ensure systems adhere to compliance and quality standards while maintaining data integrity and providing training to end-users.
Qualifications- Proficiency in System Administration and Information Technology, with an emphasis on financial systems and tools
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating system performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Experience in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to address and resolve issues effectively and efficiently
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong project management skills with the ability to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
- Familiarity with health care industry financial practices is a plus
