Position Purpose
Provide continuity of program services in an ethical, legal and moral manner
within a safe and therapeutic environment, consistent with applicable regulatory and accreditation
standards. Participate as a team member in the delivery of addictions and mental health treatment
services to patients and their families and facilitate the issues of recovery into their daily living situations.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field
- LCPC, LCSW, LMFT required
- CADC preferred
- Experience in behavioral health treatment
- Able to conduct individual, group and family counseling sessions
- Provide case management, treatment planning, and discharge planning for clients
- Work hours prescribed by leadership and any additional hours deemed necessary for
- Conduct individual, group, and family counseling and educational sessions for clients and/or family
- Complete client psychosocial and individualized treatment plan within required time frame.
- Analyze client clinical and case management requirements and develop actionable plans to meet
- Provide comprehensive education to clients and their support network on treatment protocols, related
- Undertake primary case management responsibilities for designated clients.
- Maintain accurate documentation in client service records, adhering to standards set by licensing,
- Demonstrate leadership by serving as the central point of contact and representative of the site, and
- Establish and maintain a visible and supportive presence within the community to promote mental
- Present workshops, lectures and training to clients, families, and staff and community groups.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required documentation in electronic health record.
- Contribute actively as an integral member of the clinical team, fostering collaboration and inclusivity
- Exercise confidentiality in keeping with the professional Code of Conduct and within the framework of the law.
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.
- Serve as a role model and demonstrate positive guest relations in representing the agency.
- Assume other additional responsibilities as requested by leadership.

Monday - Friday Flexible. - Shift: 1st and 2nd
