Financial Manager, CFO, Corporate Finance
Taltran Global is partnered with a fast-growing, private-investor-backed, construction-adjacent home technology integration company seeking a hands‑on Controller (Head of Finance) to build and scale its financial infrastructure. The organization generates approximately $19M in annual revenue and is growing ~20% year-over-year, with a clear path toward $40M+ within the next three years through organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
This is a high‑impact opportunity for a finance leader who thrives in entrepreneurial, founder‑led environments and wants to build structure, visibility, and discipline inside a rapidly scaling business.
The Controller will serve as the Head of Finance and lead the transformation of a lean, largely reactive accounting function into a disciplined, scalable financial infrastructure. This is not a maintenance role; it is a build role.
Reporting directly to the founder, this individual will establish reporting rigor, modernize systems, implement strong project accounting practices, and provide strategic financial insight to support growth, operational decision‑making, and future M&A activity. Over time, this role has the potential to become one of the most influential leadership positions within the organization.
