-Industrial UV Water Treatment (North America)
We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead Industrial market expansion efforts in North America, with a primary focus on the United States. This role requires deep expertise in selling UV treatment systems for water, wastewater and reuse applications to Industrial clients.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in direct Industrial sales, channel partner (rep) management, and developing strategic growth within the Industrial water and wastewater treatment sectors in US, established relationships with engineering firms (EPCs and consultants), and a deep understanding of market dynamics, procurement processes, and regulatory drivers in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Drive direct sales of UV water and wastewater treatment systems to Industrial clients across North America (primary focus: USA).
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company’s presence in the Industrial sector.
- Manage and support a network of manufacturers’ representatives (reps), ensuring alignment with company goals, technical knowledge, and sales effectiveness.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in both drinking water and wastewater (sewage) treatment markets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle: from lead generation, technical presentations, proposal development, to contract closing.
- Collaborate with internal technical, marketing, and product teams to adapt solutions to market needs.
- Lead the response to RFPs, RFQs, and tenders, including proposal development and presentations to engineering firms and Industrial decision‑makers.
- Maintain strong relationships with Industrial, utilities, consultants, EPC’s, and engineering firms.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive activity in the UV Industrial market.
- Represent Atlantium at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in successfully selling UV disinfection systems specifically for Industrial drinking water and wastewater applications in North America, with a strong emphasis on the U.S. market.
- Demonstrated success in working with and managing Industrial reps/channel partners.
- Strong technical knowledge of UV disinfection systems, applications, and regulatory standards in the U.S. and Canada.
- Strong network within the engineering and consulting community active in public infrastructure.
- Technical understanding of water and wastewater treatment processes and relevant standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and capable of working independently and achieve quota objectives.
- Willingness to travel across North America as needed.
