The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign seeks an Assistant Professor in the Department of Slavic Languages and Literatures.
Required Qualifications- PhD in Slavic, Comparative Literature, or a closely related field.
- Teach a range of courses at the undergraduate and graduate level.
- Oversee Ukrainian language instruction.
- Full‑time faculty duties.

The budgeted salary range for the position is $76,000‑81,000. This position is eligible for sponsorship for work authorization, except for sponsorship of a new H1B petition that would incur the $100,000 fee.
