• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that adhere to state educational standards

• Must hold a valid State Teaching License in Cosmetology
• Proven experience within the cosmetology industry is preferred
• Previous teaching experience, especially during evening classes, is a significant plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective teaching
• A genuine passion for educating and mentoring students in the field of beauty
• Ability to adapt lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of students
• Schedule:
  
  Monday through Friday 5:00 pm‑10:00 pm CST

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $19.00 and $24.00/hr actual pay will be adjusted based on job‑related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
