Position Overview
Calm, Capable and Friendly Receptionist Needed you passionate about hospitality and creating a warm, welcoming environment? We are seeking a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and team members. Your schedule is Monday 8:00am - 3:30pm each week, and you may be asked to fill in for planned vacations and unplanned illness.
In addition, you will be cross‑trained as a driver, transporting residents to appointments, meetings and social events around town.
Responsibilities- Greeting residents, families, and guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Answering and directing phone calls using a multi‑line system.
- Managing reservations such as guest suites, dinner bookings, and daily resident check‑ins.
- Supporting administrative tasks such as mail distribution, data entry, and work order logging.
- Monitoring emergency call systems and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Upholding resident rights and maintaining confidentiality in all interactions.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with multi‑line phone systems and Microsoft 365 (Outlook and Teams).
- Previous reception/front desk experience highly preferred.
- Ability to operate various office equipment such as copiers, printers and overhead paging equipment.
- A pleasant speaking voice and strong interpersonal skills. Speaking and understanding the English language is required.
- Ability to stay organized and get back to tasks despite frequent interruptions.
- Remain calm, collected during emergencies or other times of pressure.
- Transport residents, from time to time, using Clark Lindsey vehicles. Class J License preferred.

The pay range for this position is 16.05 – 17.90 per hour, based on experience. Bonuses up to 2 % of salary annually may be awarded based on performance, generally in the spring and fall each year.
