Business Office Associate Job Description
The Business Office Associate is a full‑time position, Sunday ‑ Thursday from 9 am‑5 pm. This position is responsible for a varied number of tasks, both clerical and more complex, and they must aid their colleagues in their work. They often greet and help business patrons as necessary, answer phones and emails, and assist in financial transactions (processing monthly invoices, receiving payments, etc.).
Other duties also include handling paperwork, creating and maintaining records and databases, taking minutes, conducting research, checking and auditing the time clock. This position assists new employees by providing orientation and training. The Business Office Associate answers customer inquiries and walks them through contracts and other processes, and generally completes any tasks that come up. This position helps complete the required forms to ensure all certifications and licenses are maintained by the appropriate local, state, and federal departments.
Knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required.

In 2001, the doors opened to The Grand Residence at Upper St. Clair, a senior living community offering 70 guest suites and a host of unique amenities. The spacious suites range in size from 400 square‑foot efficiencies to 750 square‑foot one‑bedroom suites. All suites feature a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, cabinets and sink; private bathroom; and individual climate control.
