What You’ll Do
  • Develop, maintain, and implement a comprehensive Quality Control Plan (QCP) tailored to telecom/utility construction, including three-phase QC processes (preparatory, initial, and follow‑up inspections).

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for quality‑related matters with clients (AT&T, Crown Castle, SCE, Lumen, Verizon), including participation in project meetings, submission of QC reports, and resolution of non‑conformance issues.

  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing quality metrics (KPI's such as defect rates, rework costs, inspection pass rates) and recommending process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, safety teams, and subcontractors to integrate quality into planning, scheduling, and execution.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of evolving client requirements, industry standards, and regulatory changes affecting telecom/utility construction.
  • Lead and manage a team of Quality Control Inspectors to ensure we have boots on the ground to support, train, and inspect our front line employees.
