Develop, maintain, and implement a comprehensive Quality Control Plan (QCP) tailored to telecom/utility construction, including three-phase QC processes (preparatory, initial, and follow-up inspections).

Conduct regular field inspections
, audits, and surveillance of ongoing construction activities (trenching, directional boring, pole line construction, fiber placement/splicing, conduit installation, restoration) to verify compliance with client standards, drawings, specifications, and codes.

Drive continuous improvement by analyzing quality metrics (KPIs such as defect rates, rework costs, inspection pass rates) and recommending process enhancements.

Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, safety teams, and subcontractors to integrate quality into planning, scheduling, and execution.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving client requirements, industry standards, and regulatory changes affecting telecom/utility construction.

Lead and manage a team of Quality Control Inspectors to ensure we have boots on the ground to support, train, and inspect our front line employees.
