M-F 8a-5p - Patient Volume: 7-10 ppd
- 1-2 years minimum, must have experience with patients with kidney disease and patients on dialysis (ESRD
- End Stage Renal Disease) - Board Certified NP
- BC, BLS, DEA, CAQH
- Pay:
