    :
    The initial compensation for this position ranges from $21.86 - $26.89/HR. Salary is dependent on commensurate experience above the minimum qualifications for the role and internal equity considerations. The salary may also vary if you reside in a different location than the location posted.
  • 7.5% bilingual differential for qualified positions (Spanish approved).

Job Summary

Under the direct supervision of the clinical program management team, you will provide crisis stabilization services (including positive behavior supports and intervention strategies) to neurodivergent individuals (e.g., autism, intellectual/developmental disabilities, and/or other behavioral health diagnoses) and their caregivers. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and implement clinical treatment and behavior support plans. You will work with individuals and/or caregivers in a variety of settings including homes, schools, community, and other environments.

Responsibilities
  • Clinical responsibilities under supervision of the multidisciplinary clinical program management team (e.g., BCBA, SLP, LMFT, LCSW, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Behavior Program Coordinator): provide direct individual and group behavioral health services to assigned clients, consistent with service plans.
  • Assist crisis stabilization and educational services teams to address clients in crisis.
  • Assist with de-escalation, stabilization, and development of a plan to access needed services such as psychiatry, outpatient therapy, and community services and supports.
  • Identify behavioral triggers and suggest environmental modifications to support positive behavioral change; integrate feedback from clinical supervisors to deliver effective quality clinical services that meet fidelity measures of implementation.
  • Record data, including video, for all treatment goals utilizing electronic data collection systems to support client outcomes and ensure staff treatment fidelity.
  • Model, teach, reinforce, and implement positive behavioral interventions and skill development plans with individuals, caregivers, and natural support network.
  • Assist supervisors with plan development (e.g., report development, progress summary) and assessment tasks.
  • Assist teams in developing program materials (e.g., lesson plans, visual schedules, social stories, etc.) to develop individualized, strength-based strategies and interventions that result in positive behavior change.
  • Actively participate in supervision, team meetings, in-service, client progress meetings, and other key meetings as assigned.
  • Proactively identify potential conflicts; clearly communicate with clinical supervisor on client-related services (e.g., barriers to implementation, lack of caregiver participation) within 24 hours.
  • Ensure effective coordination of services for individuals and caregivers with other providers, by supporting the development of constructive relationships and problem-solving barriers.
  • Manage time effectively. Meet agency timelines for clinical documentation, compliance trainings, project deadlines, timecard submissions, and respond to phone calls and emails.
  • Follow weekly schedule for client and administrative services assigned by administrative supervisor and scheduling team. Deliver services on a flexible schedule based on client need while meeting productivity expectations.
  • Proactively communicate schedule changes, including part-time hours, vacation or sick time.
  • Engage in solution-focused communication and help maintain a positive work environment.
  • Implement strong organizational skills to support client outcomes and daily task management.
  • Stand-by or quick response to crisis.
  • Driving to appointments with clients and their families or other key contacts.
  • Physical interactions with children of variable ages through activities such as games and sports.
