Overview
POSITION SUMMARY
The role of the Clinical Performance Coordinator encompasses development, coordination, education and implementation of Core Measure Performance Indicators, The Joint Commission Patient Safety Goals and organization/coordination of the MPEC Program.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEducation: See License and Certification.
Experience: Two years of recent acute hospital experience (within a telemetry or critical care setting preferred).
Knowledge and
Skills:
Proficiency in English, both verbally and in writing. Able to manage/prioritize/complete multiple assignments and other duties as assigned to meet deadlines. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Able to accept flexible job assignments as conditions change.
License/
Certifications:
Current California Registered Nursing license. Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS card.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform the essential physical job requirements.
PAY RANGE$47.90 - $71.84

Salary offers are determined by candidate’s relevant experience and skills. For per diem positions, a standard rate is used based on market data and not the candidate’s individual experience.
