Our rapidly expanding, nationally recognized cancer institute seeks to hire a full-time Fellowship-trained Colorectal Surgeon for a clinical position to join City of Hope in Upland, CA as primary location. The Department of Surgery, Division of Colorectal Surgery, is seeking a board-certified Colorectal Surgeon with training in advanced oncologic colorectal surgery to meet the clinical needs of our program in Southern California. The Colorectal Surgeon can look forward to providing patient-centered care in collaboration with a world-class, nationally recognized multidisciplinary team of top-level surgical and nonsurgical specialists. This is a full-time position reporting to the Division Chief of Colorectal Surgery.

• Clinical site in Upland, CA (possibly additional sites within Southern California)
• The position entails 4–4 1/2 days of clinical work (clinic and OR) and a day for administrative time
• Clinical responsibilities include comprehensive outpatient and inpatient colorectal surgery management for colon, rectal, and anorectal pathologies with compassionate patient-centered care
• Established and expanding referral base in Colorectal Surgery in the region
• Collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment
• Provide patient-centered care in collaboration with an established multidisciplinary team of physicians and nurses at a state-of-the-art outpatient clinic facility
• Possibility to contribute to the development of clinical trials and research studies and pursue academic appointments and participation in educational activities

• Base Salary Range: $295,000 - $500,000 (Assistant to Professor level). The range listed is exclusively for base compensation for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits. Actual compensation will be adjusted for experience, training, hospital/community need and other factors.
