Overview
We are looking for a customer focused, highly motivated and ambitious customer service representative. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Duties- Check incoming returned products, verify that the items are correct and note any missing accessories or parts.
- Record the part # and tracking # in an excel file.
- Standard communication skills in English.
- General Computer Skills, including data entry in Excel.
- Must be able to lift boxes 30-40lbs each.
