We are currently seeking a highly motivated Executive & HR Assistant to support both the General Manager and the Human Resources Director in daily Club operations. The ideal candidate will bring a positive, professional attitude, strong organizational skills, and a polished presence that reflects the high standards of our Club.
Position OverviewThe Executive & HR Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager and the Human Resources Director. This role assists the General Manager with scheduling, communications, project coordination, and presentation preparation. It also supports the HR Director with recruitment activities, onboarding processes, and benefits administration.
The Executive & HR Assistant manages a wide range of administrative responsibilities, including answering phone calls, monitoring and responding to emails, maintaining records, as well as project management initiatives. In addition, the incumbent may also support initiatives for the Strategic Business and Finance committees. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualificationsand Skills
- Demonstrated experience as an Executive/Administrative Assistant with the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities.
- Self-starter with initiative and ability to successfully multitask with competing priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; must be able to problem solve and facilitate positive outcomes and project a professional and positive image.
- Consistently uses good judgment and professionalism in interacting with board members, employees, members, vendors, customers, new hires, and others.
- Has excellent problem-solving skills and facilitates favorable resolutions.
- Demonstrated proficiency in written communications. Responds to verbal and written inquiries for the General Manager.
- Highly organized, meets deadlines, and delivers accurate and quality work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with a particular emphasis in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Must adapt to software easily.
- Requires flexibility in work schedule.
- College degree preferred.
