We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in University Place, WA. The ideal candidate will be flexible, empathetic, and highly organized, committed to helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals and improve their quality of life.

• Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans designed to improve patient mobility and manage pain.
• Provide hands-on therapy and support to patients during exercises and activities.
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the supervising physical therapist.
• Maintain accurate and organized patient records and documentation.
• Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques and home exercise programs.
• Adapt to changing schedules and patient needs with flexibility and professionalism.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all patients.

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current state licensure or certification as required by Washington state.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Empathetic approach to patient care and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and flexible scheduling.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
