A respected, privately owned small animal hospital in the heart of University Park, Dallas is seeking a confident, collaborative Senior Associate / Lead Veterinarian (DVM) to join its established and supportive medical team.
This role is ideal for a veterinarian who wants real influence over medical standards and practice direction, without sacrificing the flexibility, independence, and culture of private practice.
You’ll partner closely with an engaged, hands-on owner in a hospital that values thoughtful medicine, strong client relationships, and a true team-first environment.

As the Senior Associate / Lead DVM, you’ll provide clinical leadership and mentorship while continuing hands-on patient care and client communication.

Hospital Hours:
Mon–Fri: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sat: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Base salary: $135,000–$175,000+ (DOE & leadership scope)
- Paid Texas license, DEA, and professional dues
