Patient Scheduler - Pain Mgmt

Summary

Under the direction of the Patient Access Supervisor, the applicant is responsible for the strategic planning and daily operations of Pain Source Solutions (PSS). The role maintains and provides constant communication with each physician and nurse practitioner, completes scheduling and prior authorizations of each patient, answers clinic phones, and handles calls appropriately.

• General office experience/education required.
• Prior authorization experience required.
• Scheduling and registration experience required.

• Typing/keyboarding skills required.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Medical terminology knowledge required.
