GM and Food (General Merchandise, Closing, Fulfillment, Inbound, Food and Beverage, Food Service) (T1804) role  Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial is $15.75 USD per hour. The Pay Range / Rango salarial is $15.75 USD - $23.65 USD per hour.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to understand and solve their needs, and thank them for shopping at Target.
• Execute daily tasks assigned by leadership to support business priorities, including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment for moving merchandise or store fixtures if certified.
• Perform processes such as pricing updates, merchandise setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about resources, products, and services available in the store to assist guests and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (e.g., picking and packing orders, delivering pickup orders) while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
• Perform other duties based on business needs.

• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions, including during drives and carryout tasks.
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a shift.
