Smart House Heating & Cooling LLC is seeking skilled, service-minded HVAC Technicians to join our growing residential team in the St. Louis area. Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems including furnaces, A/C units, heat pumps, and minisplits (boilers/geothermal a plus)

Perform system tune-ups, preventative maintenance, and safety checks

Lead or support new equipment installations depending on experience

Clearly communicate with homeowners about system performance and options

Accurately document all work and maintain updated service records

Maintain clean, organized work environments and protect client property

Uphold safety standards and OSHA compliance

Participate in on-call rotation and occasional overtime

3+ years of residential HVAC experience with a licensed contractor

EPA certification required

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Reliable, professional, and communicative

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Licensed HVAC Technician (Higher-Pay Tier):

• 5+ years of residential HVAC experience

• St. Louis County HVAC or Sheet metal Journeyman License required

• Advanced installation and service expertise

• Able to independently run service calls and equipment installs

• HVAC degree or advanced technical training a plus

Full-time, Monday–Friday

On-call rotation as needed
