Manufacturing Line Supervisor

Overview

Winco Windows is currently looking to hire a full-time Line Supervisor or Supervisor in Training. We currently have positions on our day and evening shifts.

• Able to work from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm for the day shift or 3:30 pm to 12:00 am night shift, with the ability to work overtime on Saturdays; able to lift 50 lbs multiple times an hour and work in a factory setting.
• Able to understand plans and technical drawings of parts and products.
• Excellent skills with hand tools: hammer/mallet, screw gun, drill, caulk gun, miter saw, and any other common hand tools; able to understand and communicate fractional measurements.
• Able to organize and lead 5–6 people in assembly of multiple product lines.
• Must have attention to quality and detail; basic computer skills.
• Must pass Drug and Alcohol screening.

• 3+ years’ experience in skilled labor fields: construction, machining, assembly line, etc.
• 2+ years’ experience in a supervisor role working with a minimum of 4 people.

The factory is located in University City. Your work day will include two 10-minute breaks (one in the morning and one in the afternoon) with a 30-minute lunch break. Parking on the property is available and there are vending machines in the building. The facility is within walking distance of both Metro Link and Metro Bus stops.

All Full-Time Employees are eligible for one week of vacation after 6 months of service and two weeks after one year of continuous employment. After 2 years employees receive 3 weeks of vacation. Sick pay is available after 90 days of employment.

This position starts at $18 per hour in Training and could progress up to $25 per hour when experienced and successful as a Line Supervisor.
