Overview
Manufacturing Lead or Supervisor in Training at Winco Window Company, University City, Missouri, United States. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities- Able to work from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm for the day shift or 3:30 pm to 12:00 am for the night shift, with overtime on Saturdays as needed.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs multiple times an hour and work in a factory setting.
- Able to understand plans and technical drawings of parts and products.
- Excellent skills with hand tools (hammer/mallet, screw gun, drill, caulk gun, miter saw) and the ability to understand and communicate fractional measurements.
- Able to organize and lead a team of 5–6 people in assembly of multiple product lines.
- Must have attention to quality and detail and basic computer skills.
- Must pass Drug and Alcohol screening.
- 3+ years’ experience in skilled labor fields (construction, machining, assembly line, etc.).
- 2+ years’ experience in a supervisor role with a minimum of 4 people supervised.
The factory is located in University City. Your work day includes two 10-minute breaks (one in the morning, one in the afternoon) and a 30-minute lunch break. Parking is available on-site, and vending machines are in the building. The facility is within walking distance of Metro Link and Metro Bus stops.
