Manager​/Franchise, State and Local Tax

This role is with a reputable business and financial consulting firm with over 70 years of industry experience. The Manager will oversee tax engagements, develop team members, and contribute to business growth through client relationships and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client tax engagements ensuring accuracy and timely completion
• Develop and mentor team members
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Drive business development through networking and innovative solutions
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and standards

Qualifications:

• Experience in accounting, state and local tax compliance and consulting
• Strong communication and relationship skills
• Proven team management experience
• Ability to research and resolve complex tax issues

• Travel as required
• Full-time, Mid-Senior level position
