- Work primarily with a single customer in the home improvement segment.
- Safely transport team members to and from inventory events, adhering to traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements.
- Conduct and complete vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
- Count and record inventory with precision; accuracy matters.
- Follow a clear, consistent workflow – your playbook for success.
- Move between inventory locations; often walk or stand for extended periods.

- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Driver and/or Warehouse work is preferred.
- No inventory experience? No problem – training will be provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
- Comfortable learning handheld scanners or count tools.
- Strong focus and attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
- Positive, team‑oriented attitude.

- Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
- A minimum of 3 years proven driving experience.
- Willingness to submit to pre‑employment investigative consumer report, screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards.
- Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation to assigned locations.
- Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours, including very early mornings and/or late nights.
This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, frequent walking, use of both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, frequent squatting, kneeling or crouching, use of a ladder, lifting and carrying items up to 25 lbs., and occasional travel by car and plane, including overnight stays.
