Pay Range: $70 - $75/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

• Project Execution & Coordination
• Manage day-to-day project activities to ensure initiatives progress smoothly and remain on schedule
• Work with key stakeholders to help define timelines, deliverables, and milestones
• Track dependencies, risks, and open items across work streams; proactively flag issues and support resolution
• Maintain continuity and flow across parallel initiatives
• Meeting Management & Facilitation
• Lead the planning, scheduling, and facilitation of meetings and working sessions
• Develop and circulate meeting agendas in advance that drive clarity, alignment and decision making
• Capture meeting notes, decisions, and action items, and ensure timely follow-through
• Documentation & Status Reporting
• Compile regular project status updates to be shared with broader stakeholder groups
• Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, action logs, and dependency trackers
• Ensure project information is accurate, up to date, and consistently maintained
• Governance & Operating Discipline
• Assist in developing and maintaining RACIs, roles and responsibilities, and working norms
• Support consistent project management processes and tracking mechanisms
• Help reinforce accountability and clarity across teams

• Key Skills; PMO, RACI, Governance
• 6–8 years of experience in project management, PMO, or delivery roles supporting cross-functional initiatives
• Proven experience managing timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and stakeholder management
• Experience leading RACI development and governance processes
