Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent; previous restaurant experience preferred.

We’re seeking a friendly, efficient, and energetic Wait Staff to join our team. You will be responsible for greeting customers, serving patrons, and ensuring an excellent dining experience.

Additional Experience

• Experience in hotels, hospitals, or similar settings is preferred.

JOB ESSENTIALS

• Provide welcoming, personalized service to all guests.
• Assist guests with seating, serve coffee, clean tables, and maintain the dining and buffet areas.
• Attend to guest needs and requests.
• Be knowledgeable about menu items, beverages, and hotel services.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area, supplies, and equipment.
• Prepare and replenish breakfast items and self-service stations.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met throughout the shift.
• Manage inventory of breakfast products and supplies.
• Work as part of a team to set up, serve, and clean up.
• Close out shifts with proper cleaning and restocking.
• Handle guest issues professionally and maintain a hospitable attitude.
• Follow safety policies and procedures, report accidents promptly.
• Work varied shifts, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Establish effective relationships with colleagues and guests.
• Adhere to safety procedures and maintain personal appearance standards.
• Regular attendance is essential.

Physical Demands

• Stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for entire shifts; lift up to 50 pounds.
