Assistant Manager​/Head Bartender

If so, then RC Dugans wants you! We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Bartender to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our restaurant and bar, while also leading and inspiring our bartending staff.

• Oversee all aspects of the bar operation, including inventory control, cash handling, and staff scheduling.
• Develop and implement creative and profitable drink menus.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked bar environment.
• Train and mentor bartenders on proper drink preparation, service techniques, and responsible alcohol service.
• Ensure efficient and friendly service to all bar patrons.
• Assist the General Manager with daily operations, including scheduling, payroll, and guest relations.
• Maintain a positive and professional work environment for all staff.
• Address guest concerns and ensure their satisfaction.
• Participate in inventory management and cost control measures.
• Assist with hiring, training, and development of all restaurant staff.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a bartending and/or leadership role within the restaurant industry.
• Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, liquor laws, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Proven leadership abilities with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and motivating staff.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficient in basic cash handling and point-of-sale systems.
• Availability to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
