Commercial Litigation Attorney

• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support litigation efforts.
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and motions.
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to develop and execute case strategies.
• Participate in court appearances, hearings, and negotiations.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and advocacy.

• Minimum of one year of litigation experience in the commercial law (contract disputes, partnership disputes, bankruptcy litigation, class actions, securities litigation, consumer protection) practice group while in NY.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Must have an active NY state bar license.
