Our ideal candidate will handle case files from start to finish, have excellent credentials, a passion for helping people, and a minimum of 3 years of successful personal injury litigation and trial case experience.

• Govern personal injury case files from inception to completion
• Delegate tasks and manage a team of litigation paralegals, legal assistants, personal injury paralegals, case managers, and legal secretary
• Evaluate potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients accordingly
• Represent the client at hearings, trials, mediations, depositions, and litigation
• Draft, review, and modify claims, motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents
• Supervision of Support Staff
• Client Intakes
• Assemble Demand Packages for Insurance Carriers
• Settlement Negotiations
• Court Appearances, Depositions

Qualifications:

• A good understanding of personal injury law/ tort law, medical terminology, wrongful death, civil and family law, and medical malpractice is desired
• Superb drafting, research, negotiation, and communication skills are preferred
• 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation or trial experience in medical malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death, or civil litigation practice areas is needed
• State Bar Association membership and state license to practice law is mandatory
• Computer proficiency is essential Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000 plus bonuses yearly
