RESPONSIBILITIES:- Experience drafting and reviewing construction contracts and agreements
- Trial-level experience is a plus
- NYC-based construction experience preferred
- 4+years of litigation and transactional experience with a strong emphasis on reviewing, drafting, and negotiating transactions
- Trial-level experience is a plus
- Admitted to practice law in the state of New York
