Rivkin Radler LLP is seeking an attorney with at least 4 years of construction experience to join our Uniondale, Long Island office or our New York City office. Hybrid Schedule. EOE
Position requirements:
- Experience drafting motions, handling discovery demands & court appearances a must.
- Experience drafting and reviewing construction contracts and agreements.
- NYC based construction experience preferred.
Hybrid
Hours:
Minimum 3 days a week in office. 2 days a week remotely .
The annualized salary range for this position is $150,000 to $195,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
