Rivkin Radler LLP seeks an attorney with a minimum of six years’ experience in trusts and estates or commercial litigation with a decided interest in fiduciary litigation.

We offer a great work environment with a terrific learn from and work with highly experienced trusts and estates attorneys. Engage collaboratively and independently on challenging and interesting trusts, estates, and fiduciary litigation matters.

• Representing and counseling fiduciaries and beneficiaries in contested probate, accountings, and all other manner of estate, trust, and fiduciary litigation.
• Working closely with attorneys and par administration, and accountings.
• Opportunity to work on estate planning and drafting wills, trusts, and related estate planning documents (if interested).

• Highly motivated team player who can also work independently.
• Well-developed legal writing and research skills.
• Desire to learn from others and develop trusts and estates litigation, negotiation, and administration knowledge and skills.

Hours:

Minimum 3 days a week in office, 2 days a week remotely. Congenial, fast-paced environment. We offer competitive salary and benefits. EOE.

The annualized salary range for this position is $160,000 to $225,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
