Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C., a premier Long Island law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate with 3+ years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, financings, private placements, securities law and general corporate practice. This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative team of highly regarded attorneys recognized for their depth of knowledge and leadership in the field. You will handle sophisticated matters and complex transactions across a range of businesses and industries.

Our Corporate & Securities Department is a cornerstone practice of our firm. Our corporate lawyers apply an interdisciplinary team approach, combining their specific legal expertise with broad business and practical experience. This approach assists our clients in clarifying goals, identifying solutions and achieving objectives.

• 3+ years of experience in corporate matters, including mergers & acquisitions and securities law
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic performance; high class rank preferred
• Admission to the New York State Bar
• Excellent research, writing, and interpersonal communication skills

Our firm offers a comprehensive package that includes a competitive base salary, performance-based bonus program, business origination compensation and healthcare benefits.

Target Hiring Range: $145,000 - $185,000. Actual compensation will be determined by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, experience, education/training, and relevant skills.
