We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Loan Servicing Administrator to join a high-performing Credit Center at our client. This role is a critical support function for a portfolio focusing on Middle Market, C&I, and SBA lending.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and management of a diverse commercial loan portfolio. This is a "hands‑on" role where your accuracy in processing monetary transactions and boarding complex loans will directly impact the bank's operational success.

• System Management: Utilize Miser/PCFS systems for high-volume data input, extraction, and file maintenance.
• Loan Boarding: Review closing documents for accuracy and board new commercial loans into the system.
• Transaction Processing: Accurately apply loan payments, advances, and payoffs.
• Portfolio Maintenance: Handle modifications and rate changes specifically for Syndicated and Agented loans.
• Compliance & Reporting: Prepare satisfaction/lien releases and generate daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
• Agency Interaction: Act as a point of contact for SBA Guidehouse inquiries and coordinate with Agent Banks.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional business experience, with at least 2+ years specifically in servicing Participation or Agented loans.
• Technical Hit: Proficiency in the Miser loan system is highly preferred (retail branch experience with monetary transactions is a plus).
• Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of Commercial & Industrial (C&I) and SBA loan requirements.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to meet strict banking deadlines.
