Job Details

Engineering Lab Manager is required to support the assembly/alignment/testing of RF/Microwave electronic component assemblies, beginning with PC sub‑assemblies through modules to system integration.

Generation of in‑process test procedures/data sheets for PCA’s, modules and top‑level system testing.

Design and creation of system interface test fixturing.

Review of customer performance specifications (EQ spec) and customer supplied documentation:

Parts/Material/Process program requirements.
Top level system test requirements including Thermal Cycling, Thermal Vacuum, Vibration, Shock and EMI testing.

Generation of engineering required documentation:

Failure reports (if required)
Discrepant Material Report (DMR)
Recovery Test Plans.
Engineering change notices for customer review and internal component updates.
End Item Data Packages for submittal to customer for review and acceptance
Data management (storage and maintaining of test data for company review and accessibility)

Test support for engineers, technicians, engineering associates:

Tools (universal for RF/Microwave assemblies)
Test equipment (specific to each program)
Equipment rental/purchase.
