Overview
Need civil engineer to do grading plan and SWPP permit for RV park. Will also need design and permitting of private 8" sewer line to serve park. The grading plan and design of the detention pond will be to accommodate the entire site plan which is phases 1-3. We will only actually grade and construction phase I which is about 30 sites initially.
Responsibilities- Prepare grading plan for RV park site development.
- Prepare SWPP permit for the site.
- Design and permit a private 8" sewer line to serve the park.
- Design detention pond to accommodate the entire site plan (phases 1-3).
- Coordinate grading and construction activities for phase I, covering approximately 30 sites.
