We’re looking for an experienced React Native Developer to join our growing Tech Team. As we continue to scale, you’ll play a key role in building and maintaining our suite of mobile applications. Our ideal candidate has several years of experience in app development, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is confident in bringing designs to life from Figma. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration with our content platform while delivering high-quality features and updates to our existing apps.

• Developing mobile apps: Developing and maintaining new & existing web/mobile applications for Genflow creator clients, across iOS, Android and Web.
• Evaluate existing applications: Evaluate existing applications to reprogram, update and add new features
• Understand client requirements: Understand client requirements and how they translate into application features

  Collaboration:
  
  Working closely with the Tech Delivery Manager and Product Manager to ensure the prioritisation and status of work is clear at all times.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating with other relevant internal departments including our data team, customer support and product managers to ensure the smooth running and delivery of all mobile app projects.
• Project Management: Utilising internal project management software to ensure your day to day work is tracked through Atlassian Jira.
• Testing and debugging: Testing software via our review process before delivering the final product to the team, always ensuring you’re confident with the product you have developed, minimising faults, and fixing problems before delivering the apps.
• Problem Solving: Proactively reviewing and solve problems within the mobile apps
• Optimizing Apps: Optimizing apps for performance, usability, and security
• Staying Current: Keeping up to date with new mobile development technologies and trends

• Proven multiple years experience as a mobile application developer
• Deep understanding of core programming principles, including design
• Critical thinking and analytical skills
• Proficiency with project tracking software:
  Atlassian Jira
• Experience working as part of a development team
