Management of the production control and costing team with 5 employees

Responsible for the complete production control and monitoring

Responsible for checking incoming customer orders for delivery capability and determining delivery dates in close cooperation with production, purchasing, sales, logistics and quality assurance

Responsible for checking requests for feasibility and lead time depending on availability, resources and materials

Process driver for continuous improvement, changes and ongoing organizational development

Continuous improvement:
You will lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase the efficiency, quality and productivity of production processes. You will identify opportunities to automate and streamline processes

Your profile:

Further training as a technician/ master craftsman (m/f/d) with relevant professional experience in a comparable position

Several years of proven experience in production planning and control, ideally in a managerial position

Sound knowledge in the areas of production management, lean principles and operational process optimization

Good SAP R3 and ideally SAP 4/Hana knowledge
