JW is seeking a full-time Real Estate Paralegal to join our team in Union, New Jersey. If you have hands-on experience with land use and zoning and enjoy keeping complex matters organized and moving, we’d love to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will support attorneys on real estate and land use matters, manage files and deadlines, and serve as a proactive point of communication across matters and municipalities.

• Handle land use and zoning matters from inception to completion
• Prepare zoning lists and coordinate mailings to residents
• Submit engineering drawings and related documents to municipalities
• Maintain organized files, spreadsheets, and critical deadlines
• Proactively communicate with attorneys to keep matters on track

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in land use and zoning
• Strong organizational and calendaring skills
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously
• Comfortable initiating communication with attorneys and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in maintaining spreadsheets and document tracking
