Delivery Operations Specialist

We're hiring a Delivery Operations Specialist at ITMAGINATION, join our team of 400+ developers, analysts and testers!

• Support the Chief Delivery Officer and Delivery Team in daily operational activities
• Coordinate collaboration between teams in Poland and HQ in India
• Manage resource allocation and project staffing processes
• Facilitate and manage enforcing company standards and rules in daily work of the department
• Monitor ongoing delivery initiatives and prepare status reports
• Contribute to forecasting and analysis of team capacity and utilization
• Organize and facilitate operational meetings, including preparation of notes and summaries
• Cooperate with Delivery, HR and Recruitment teams on workforce planning
• Implement and improve internal delivery processes

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, operations, or PMO (IT industry experience is an advantage)
• Good understanding of delivery processes and outsourcing
• Prior experience working in an international organization and with corporate software (any of ERP, CRM, Sharepoint)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to close assigned tasks
• Very good ability to work with data and reporting (Excel/Google Sheets, reporting systems)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams across cultures
• Ability to work independently and manage working time with limited supervision
• Very good command of English (minimum B2 level) and Polish (min C1 level) – international working environment
