Guest Services Network Summer Student Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY

Guest Services Network Summer Student Supervisor participates in various activities and projects as designated by the Managers of Guest Services.

• Will be responsible for direct supervision of staff in all areas of the department, including:
  Patient Food Services, Tim Hortons and Environmental Services at Met Campus and Ouellette Campus
• Maintain a strong customer focus repose in departmental operations
• Ensure follow-up of any issues pertinent to the daily requirements of the department
• Vacation replacement this position(s)
• Other duties as assigned.

• Grade 12 Diploma
• Currently attending a College/University program for Food and Nutrition or Dietetics, Environmental Studies, Business and Management program
• Knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft office - Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Good oral and written communication skillsწვli>
• Good health and hygiene
• High standards of sanitation and safety
• Good interpersonal skills
• Knowledge and experience in food service
• Demonstrates mature, professional and responsible attitude
• Ability to work within a collaborative team environment
• General good health and a level of fitness appropriate to the demands of the position
• Ability to work safely in accordance with all aspects of the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
