Direct Support Professional positions are located in Union, NJ

Schedules:
Second and Third shift positions available

Salary
:
Starting at $20.00 and increases with education/experience.

• Ensure our individuals are safe and healthy while attending our day program.
• Supervise, coach, and assist individuals in achieving daily living skills (e.g., food preparation, cooking, cleaning, shopping).
• Supervise planning, implementation, and documentation of programs to meet social, emotional, physical, and personal needs.
• Plan and participate in community-based jobs, volunteer opportunities, and outings.
• Schedule and transport individuals to and from day program.

Qualifications

You would make a great DSP if you have:

• Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED.
• Valid non-provisional driver's license.
• Be 18 years of age or older (required).
• Be able to attend ten days of paid onsite orientation on weekdays.
• Empathetic with a team approach to care.
