Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Program Administrator to join our team! As a Program Administrator, you will oversee all day-to-day operations of the clinic and staff. This includes hiring and training staff, overseeing programs, developing current and new programs, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and maintaining client and staff satisfaction. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, focused, and understands what it takes to run a successful clinic.
Program Administrator's responsibilities:
- Providing administrative oversight of the facility
- Ensuring development, implementation, and enforcement of policies and procedures, including client rights
- Planning and managing operational functions such as managerial, personnel, fiscal, and reporting requirements
- Developing organizational plans to ensure programs and services align with the organization's mission and monitoring their effectiveness
- Establishing and implementing a formal quality assurance program
- Participating in staff selection and hiring, and staffing decisions
- Providing staff orientation, education, and supervision
- Maintaining communication with staff, service providers, community resources, and clients
- Developing and implementing policies for services provided
- Conducting admission interviews according to policies and procedures
- Monitoring service quality and reviewing program outcomes
- Ensuring the physical plant's safety and compliance with safety codes
- Creating policies for emergency services and disaster response
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Program Administrator in a substance disorder facility is preferred
- Required licensing/certification for this role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team-building and interpersonal skills
