Full‑Time Licensed Clinician – Owen Health Care Inc.

Owen Health Care Inc. is a state‑licensed agency accredited by The Joint Commission. We provide compassionate, quality, and affordable health care services to adults with mental health, substance abuse, and co‑occurring disorders, as well as to all individuals with disabilities.

We are seeking a full‑time licensed clinician (LSW, LAC, LCSW or LPC) to join our dynamic and dedicated team. The role offers flexibility for remote or office counseling, empowering you to connect with clients in a manner that suits your lifestyle.

• Provide in‑person or telehealth assessment services to youths in their homes or other suitable community locations.
• Create a plan of care and deliver follow‑up counseling services within the Intensive In‑Community (IIC) program and the Intensive In‑Home Clinical (IIH) program through the New Jersey Children’s System of Care (CSOC).
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans and therapeutic interventions, and facilitate youth and family counseling sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the Cyber system and support psycho‑education for youths and their families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, demonstrating autonomy, assertiveness, flexibility, and a cooperative spirit.

• Master’s degree in an accredited counseling field or related discipline.
• Active New Jersey license (LSW, LAC, LCSW, or LPC); LSW certification strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in software tools such as Excel, Word, NJSAMS, and EHR navigation.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to promote client relations and adapt to evolving demands.
