• Provide compassionate support to families and engage children in recreational and leisure activities, primarily in a home setting.
• Assist families by enabling caregivers to attend to personal and household matters, while ensuring safe and quality care.
• Foster a nurturing environment and support community engagement for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

• Experience working with children with disabilities and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and the ability to interact with managers, clients, and parents.
• Strong time management, consistency in attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to balance responsibilities and maintain reliable support to families.
• Passion for helping others and a commitment to high-quality care.
