As a member of the multi-disciplinary Community Support Services team, provides resource development, skill development and direct support to assist people who have serious mental illness who are enrolled in CSS to fully integrate into the community of their choice.

Schedule:
40 hours weekly with multiple shift options:
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 9-5pm, Thursday 11-7pm
- Sunday, Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 9-5pm, Tuesday 10-6pm

Salary$44,000 – $45,000

ResponsibilitiesAs a member of CSS, provide resource development, skill development and direct support to assist people with serious mental illness to integrate into the community of their choice.
Required Qualifications- Associate degree in one of the helping professions (social work, human services, counseling, psychiatric rehabilitation, psychology, or criminal justice) from an accredited college or university and a minimum of two years of experience in a community-based behavioral healthcare setting. Certification as a psychiatric rehabilitation practitioner may substitute for one year of experience. Staff under this subsection cannot supervise others and shall work under supervision of a licensed physician, psychiatrist, psychologist, advanced practice nurse, registered nurse, or master’s level community support staff.
- Bachelor 0s degree in one of the helping professions (as listed above).
- Master 0s degree in one of the helping professions (as listed above).
- Individuals with a Bachelor’s degree only in a field other than a helping profession will have a minimum of two years of professional experience in a community behavioral health care setting.
- Certification as a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner may be substituted for one year of experience.
- Valid driver’s license required; no more than one moving violation within the past 12 months
- Vehicle required
